AIReal 200 is everything you need to become a practicing certified yoga instructor AND AIReal Yoga instructor.

In-Person Training:  March 7-16

This training includes a Specialization + Certification in both Floor Based yoga and AIReal Yoga.

AIReal 200 was the first aerial yoga method certified by the Yoga Alliance, this training was developed over 25 years of experience in the professional gymnastics, aerial performance, and yoga worlds. Join AIReal founder Carmen Curtis as she passes on her expertise and gives you an insight into how to build, structure, and expand your own yoga practice, on the floor and in the air.

Certifies you to teach floor based yoga and AIReal Yoga

Learn from the most experienced aerial yoga instructor in the world in an intensive, in-depth study with a top Teacher's Teacher who can pass on the knowledge and principles behind this practice and her methodology.

This unique specialization will set you apart as a Teacher in both a studio setting and private instruction. And as a student looking to push yourself, you gain two separate practices that you can weave into your daily life. 


This is a hybrid model that allows you to watch all the lectures at an easeful pace that aligns with your schedule, followed up with supportive in depth Q+A sessions in a small cohort via zoom, and completed with a 10 day In-Person training to deep dive into practicing the postures with Founder Carmen Curtis.

We love this style because it allows for the In-Person time that is so important and the flexibility of studying in-depth on your own time and with support. 

This hybrid will be a mix of individual study time, zoom sessions with a small cohort of friendly yogis and ends with the In-Person experience in Ventura, CA.

    Are Payment Plans Available?

    Will I be able to Teach after this training?

    Absolutely! This is the the most in-depth aerial yoga and floor based yoga trainings designed with details, safety, and important foundations embedded every step of the way. We give you tons of tools to assist you along the way if you dream to teach!

    What happens when I finish my AIReal 200 training?

    When you complete your AIReal 200 training with us you have the option to register with the Yoga Alliance as a certified RYT 200.

    You will also be certified as a registered AIReal Yoga Teacher.

    Our past AIReal 200 students now teach in far reaching places from Belgium to El Salvador, from Portugal to Costa Rica, Italy to Australia, Canada to Saudi Arabia, and Mexico to Japan.

    This journey is lifelong. When we share the lessons of our experiences, we’re all better for it. Whether you want to continue your own personal journey of self-growth or whether you want to specialize further, our AIReal yoga community is with you every step of the way.

    What if I can't make part of the training?

    If you cannot make a zoom session, we will be recording and uploading all sessions into your portal. You can always catch up later.

    The zoom sessions are simply offered to ensure you are keeping up with the material and have the opportunity to ask questions and share along the way.

    If you cannot make a portion of the In-Person Training we can record some of the days as needed. We do recommend that you attend as much of the In-Person Training as you can to get the full benefit of the In-Person portion of the training.

    Ultimately as long as you watch and practice the entire online digital training and read the full manual (which you have lifetime access to) you will receive your certification.

    Where should I stay for the In-Person Training

    You will receive a full Welcome Packet upon sign up of the training. It will include where to fly in, places to stay, food and restaurant recommendations, and fun things you can do while you are here!

    Ventura is a lovely beach town situated between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.

    If you want to save and share the accommodations cost please let us know ahead of time so we can link you up with others that want to do the same.

    I am a beginner, can I still take the Training?

    Yes! You can take this training even as a beginner!

    We do recommend finding a yoga studio nearby to practice in-person as you move through the lectures. And even better if you can find one that also offers aerial yoga classes!

    How many people will be in the training?

    We like to keep things small.

    We believe deeply in one on one support, and love the intimacy of training in small groups.

    Our average training size is 8-10 and the max number of students in the training will be 18.
